This course is tailored to assist professionals specializing in Business Development/Outreach within the addiction and mental health treatment industry. Whether you're new to this field or interested in starting a career in behavioral health business development/outreach, our 8-week, 16-hour course equips you with the essential skills and tools to enhance your performance. By taking this course, you'll be better equipped to guide individuals and families in their journey to find the most suitable treatment programs.

Access to 40-minute video/audio content weekly on each topic.
Build confidence in core concepts of addiction and mental health business development/outreach.
Execute 2 or 3 "talk tracks" to help work with multiple sectors of the community.
Create a 90-day strategic plan with measurable KPIs.
Identify creative strategies to build relationships with internal constituents. (ie., your program admissions, treatment, and case management staff)
Use data to measure success & and build ways to pivot strategies for greater success.
